Elon Musk's Tesla's China Nightmare 2024 : 1.62M Cars Recalled! Autopilot Danger Revealed! Shocking Details Inside – A MUST READ!

ELON MUSK’S TESLA RECALLING! It’s over the same issue that caused the company to recall 2 million EVs in the US.

Elon Musk's Tesla is recalling 2024

Elon Musk’s Tesla is recalling 1.62 million vehicles in China due to the Autopilot safety issue, similar to the earlier upgrade for two million US vehicles. The remedy involves free over-the-air updates, enhancing features to ensure driver attention. This recall covers nearly all Tesla models ever sold in China, including imported Model S and Model X, as well as locally produced Model 3 and Model Y electric vehicles.

China’s State Administration for Market Regulations (SAMR) has expressed concerns about potential misuse of Tesla’s level 2 combined driving assistance function, which could elevate the risk of collisions and compromise safety. In response, Tesla plans to deploy an over-the-air (OTA) update, similar to measures taken in the US, introducing additional controls and alerts to encourage vigilant monitoring when using the Autosteer function.

Furthermore, Elon musk’s Tesla is recalling 7,538 imported Model S and Model X vehicles to address a door unlocking issue after collisions, previously acknowledged in the US. This recall, too, will be resolved through an OTA update, streamlining the process for affected customers without the need for physical visits to Tesla stores.

In the United States, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is actively investigating Tesla’s Autopilot safety controls, keeping a close eye on the Elon Musk’s Tesla company’s corrective measures. The inquiry originated from 11 incidents involving collisions with parked emergency vehicles since 2018, resulting in 17 injuries and one fatality. Back in August, the NHTSA requested comprehensive documentation from Elon Musk’s Tesla regarding Autopilot, seeking clarity on how the technology ensures driver attentiveness and any potential usage restrictions.

In recent news, Tesla celebrated a significant milestone, having successfully delivered a record 1.8 million electric vehicles worldwide. Notably, over half of this impressive total, reaching 944,779 EVs, were sold in China, solidifying the country as Elon Musk’s Tesla’s most significant market. The Elon musk’s Tesla Shanghai plant, with a production capacity of up to 1.1 million Model 3 and Model Y cars annually, serves the Chinese market and facilitates exports to Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
